Finally found the solution. The problem was the new automatically installed driver for Intel SATA RAID controller. With an older version (11.5.0.1207), the problem is gone for me (motherboard P8Z68-V LE)

I also noticed that my Raid0 HDD are seen as SSD into the Windows defrag tool. I tried the "winsat formal" but it did not change anything. I updated bios but HDD keep restarting for about 5sec at system shutdown.
