SOLVED: I had enabled virtual machine platform and windows hypervisor in windows features. It turns out that messes with the game. So disabling them solved the issue.

I would like some help to see if I can solve my problem playing PUBG. I'm getting around 35 FPS, and sometimes lower towards the end of a game. I do get 90FPS when flying over the map in the plane. And I have around 34% GPU usage and 40-50% CPU usage.
