Can a Pentium G4560 be overclocked?

A 1050 or 1050 Ti would be a solid budget GPU. Anything higher than that would probably be bottlenecked by the Pentium.

    Best CPU/CPUs of all time?

My personal experiences with the i5-4690K and the i7-4790K were very good. The i7 I got up to 5.0GHz stable but I did not run it 24/7. But that 4790K was an absolute beast. With stock clocks of 4.0GHz you couldn't go wrong. Also an honorable mention to the i5-3570K. That one I had running at...

so i want to get a dell optiplex 380 but then upgrade it into a new case a new psu and a new gpu (HD 7770) but i don't really

This is not possible unless you are transferring it to another dell case due to the inverted design of the motherboard. No regular off-the-shelf computer cases will work with the 380 motherboard.

    Different Brands of GTX 660

EVGA 660 Superclocked is the best. Superclocked or FTW Signature 2 both by EVGA. I have the SIg2 and the benchmark out of the box was same as reference 660 Ti. 15% boost over reference! Just get a superclocked EVGA of some variety they are overclocked from the factory

Do I need a Video Card? - Please Read

Yeah that setup is really old. You say you've had that computer for 3-4 years? There is no way it was new even back then. Pentium IV's haven;t been but in new machines in ages. Like since 2003-2004 (guess). You really wouldn't be able to upgrade your video card anyway because I'm willing to...
