    Bad Power Supply?

Hello, So lately when I have been playing Arma 3 I will be getting fantastic frames (80-90 single player) for about 30-45 minutes only to experience a drop to about 5 out of nowhere with no recovery forcing me to quit the game. At first I suspected thermal throttling, but my CPU only reaches a...

    AMD quad-cores or intel i3?

I would go with the i3. It will perform well and allow you to upgrade to a better Intel processor later on without having to get a new motherboard. It also has hyper threading which will help you out. Should save you money in the long run.

New build after suggestions. Ready to buy.

It all depends on your budget and what you plan on doing. If you want to OC past 4.5 ghz, then the PC Mate is not the way to go. My 1st Gaming build, What motherboard should I get?

In conclusion, the XFX is an excellent PSU, but the EVGA alternative I suggested will also perform very well in your system at a lower cost. There are over 800 customer reviews for it on Amazon, whereas there are only 204 for the XFX. The EVGA PSU is very highly rated and I have happily used it...

My 1st Gaming build, What motherboard should I get?

For me to vouch for a products reliability is to profess my faith in its ability to function properly in his system. Of course it does not mean I will purchase a new one for him if it breaks, that's what the 3 year product warranty is for (which is the company putting faith in its abilities)...

Build ready to be bought tomorrow. What do you think?

This is a great build, I would consider switching to a 1 TB HD and taking out the dvd drive. This would give you some extra money to get yourself a MB to overclock a 4690k. Even if you have no experience with overclocking, the chip is very easy to work with and there are loads of tutorials to...
