AMD quad-cores or intel i3?

So on a tight budget, meant for gaming and MMO's, which is the better choice? Thanks guys

For games that use mainly 1 or 2 cores the Intel CPU will perform better than AMD.

I would go with the i3. It will perform well and allow you to upgrade to a better Intel processor later on without having to get a new motherboard. It also has hyper threading which will help you out. Should save you money in the long run.
