I know 8GB is enough for gaming but with Fallout 4 asking for at least 8GB and newer games possibly asking for 8GB do you think it would be a good idea to get 16GB? I'm going to build a gaming pc soon.

I will get Fallout 4 soon and it asks for at least 8GB RAM should I get 16GB RAM just to be safe or it won't make much difference? Is it better to have 2x4 than 1x8 for RAM? Is DDR3 1600 Mhz perfect? Anything higher is pointless? This is my build currently but need help on what motherboard...
