Is the chip overclocked?Or ram? lot od BSOD's happen when the chip has an unbalanced OC

This guy is an evil person,I have to deal with him day to day....I find my desktop when I log on has 5 folders.These 5 folders I never put there.They all are work related logs,so I'm hacked.I have eset,did malwarebytes.Hes dumb so he paid someone.what can I do to stop tjis or it may seem too late.

YA,I purchased the highest compability for the 13700k.Wouldn't getting faster ram than the chip could handle just set it to what the max the chip could handle anyway?The mobo is asus rog strix Z790-A Gaming wifi which could the handle faster ram but wouldn't it be futile if the chip isn't...
