update: unfortunately still not working. I tried searching other forums but seem's this issue is not common. I don't know why but I haven't change anything on the PC settings or whatsoever. Feels bad! anyone know anything how to fix this please leave a comment.

To be precise with the settings in BIOS, I followed this step cuz we have same specs but I set mine to 44hz. Spread spectrum and Speedstepping is disabled and I set power mode to High performance. still this issue exist :( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7cOBaW_9U3A&t=269s

Update: I did set the multiplier to 44 but it came out same thing the one I posted above. How come it is like this? I didn't change anything. Please help guys!

So strange! The thing is it was already OCed before and checking CPU-Z before it was fine but In few days I checked again and it came out like this I don't know if I did something wrong or what. I'm gonna try this tomorrow set the multiplier higher. If not I let you know.
