only if you can heavily overclock the 680's. However a average overclocked 670 will perform the same as a stock 680. I would go with the 670 sli and keep some money in your pocket for other things.

try another psu if you have one or a friends one. Than you can check it. Never heard of that brand if would suggest one of the following, Corsair, XFX, Seasonic, Antec. Btw you don't need a 800watt even if you go sli. For one card a good 550 psu is enough.
