I currently have a 400W be quiet! System Power 9 and want to upgrade my GPU to a 2060. I used be quiet!'s PSU calculator and it said that the PSU would be running at ~94%. Would this be a problem or could I run it like that?

I wanted to polish the keyboard config a bit and have done so by using Microsoft’s Keyboard Language Creator. Now I have exported a .klc file and don’t know what to do with it. Most of the tutorials i saw were for older versions of Windows and don’t work anymore. Does anyone know how to do this...
