[SOLVED] How do I import .klc files?

I wanted to polish the keyboard config a bit and have done so by using Microsoft’s Keyboard Language Creator. Now I have exported a .klc file and don’t know what to do with it. Most of the tutorials i saw were for older versions of Windows and don’t work anymore. Does anyone know how to do this? I’m on version 1909.
