I Just built a new computer (first one) and my gpu fans aren't working. I've heard they wont kick on until the temp is above 60, well it sits at 90 degrees default and 130 when gaming, and still won't turn on. The gpu inquestion is a Radeon Rx 470 (Msi). Should also note that they worked...
