The lines went away like a week after this thread and they never came back. Weird.

I want to come back and bring some closure to this issue. In the end I had a failing CPU. After RMA and the new CPU the issue has never returned.

Yes I have actually had all the buttons off and cleaned. I even took the keyboard apart to clean inside. (Thus I most likely voided the warranty)

I am still having this same issue. Nothing has fixed it. Also, replaced the ram to Corsair Dominator 6200mhz because the G.Skill was defective. The problem only happens sometimes. Also when the computer wakes from sleep it will sometimes not kick the monitors on. This is so frustrating.

I am using Window 10 20H2 and the issue remains.

Thanks for your response. Yes that is the board in question. Both monitors are linked directly to the 3080ti via display ports. I am not aware of the bios version nor Windows 10 build but I will get that info when I get home today. The graphics card drivers are updated and this has been an issue...

Update: Turned computer on today for the first time since I last posted. No line in the display. Then after a program loaded on startup the line returned... in a different spot. I figured I would uninstall the suspected program and see. I uninstalled, restarted and the line moved again. could...

Ran the built in test for the screen and the lines persisted. I'm just confused why the lines were gone at one point and back again.

I'm not totally sure how the bios read on that machine. Can you check to see if the hardware shows in the bios? See if it can be enable/disabled. Have you tried a restore point?
