i have 2 8gb ram sticks and i have a amd ryzen 5 2600

It says that it can do dual channel I just dint understand it.

My motherboard is the Asrock b450m pro4. I have 2 ram sticks that are the corsair vengeance lpx. I know my motherboard can support dual channel memory and my ram sticks are 2400MHz. Which slots should my rams sticks go in to get the best performance?
