There was nothing there I got into the default bios somehow(pulled the battery out) and everything is fixed. I think it was old cpu settings in bios that caused this.

Just replaced my i5-4460 with a i7-4790 For the fist time it did show me american megatrends and detected a new cpu Then i went to bios Did not change anything and tried to boot up into windows But it did get stuck here: "Please press DEL or F2 to enter UEFI BIOS settings"...
