So i dont think there is a way to disable the wifi. i found out ther diference between the 2 belkin wifis and i think i am all set now. im just going to have 3 wifis in my house :/ but oh well.

nope all i know is that it comes up with 2 belkin wifis when i open my wifi settings on mly phone

The belkin router has a setting you can turn on to change it to an acces point so i have done that but i still need to disable dhcp and it wont let me connect to the router settings. which has been http://router

so do i disable dhcp on the second router?
