i turned all sleep options off i tried most things but can find the problem

Everyday at 10:10 am (around there) my pc that i got about 1 week ago keeps turning off... it does not happen at any other time but 10am any help!?

Well i have two identical pc's (Exept the ram and hdd) however, on the one with 16gb ram (4X4gb and better hdd) i got 110fps on battlefield 1 but on the pc is listed i only get 50fps will lag spikes....

I think i have a bottleneck.... I think it may be my insanely slow hard drive or my 1 stick (out of 4) of ddr3 1600Mhz 8gb ram? look at specs : https://ibb.co/d0qWHm <--

when i play, no mater if its at 720p or 4K i get good 60fps or so but get INSANE lag spikes... the only thing i know its not.... is my graphics card I get this wierd lag spikes on a lot of games like BF1 and even Fortnite..... its like my parts are slower then someone elses identical specs!

OK this is so annoying... i have a GTX 1060 GB I5 4670K 8GB RAM i am getting about 120 fps on ultra at 1440p but every 10-20 seconds i will get an insane lag spike that lasts for around 1-4 seconds.... can anyone help!

Thx @Jwpanz but i just realised i has a power saving thing on in my bois... xD im back at 4.0GHz P.S i also thought that you couldnt overclock on a B85 motherboard....

I just got my new pc and it has a i5-4670K and a Asus B85M-G (I know its not a overclocking motherboard) However, before i got all the drivers for the motherboard i could overclock to 4.0Ghz but now after installing chipset drivers i can only get 3.6GHz ... its does not crash just when i set it...

+ Do you think the i7 4770k is good enough for BF1 cuz its like $70 cheaper then i7 4790k?
