I think i have a bottleneck....
I think it may be my insanely slow hard drive or my 1 stick (out of 4) of ddr3 1600Mhz 8gb ram? look at specs :

Well you have 1x 8GB stick of ram so you are running in single channel, you are losing about 25% right there.

Your HD is fine, an SSD would be faster however.

What do you mean by bottleneck? Bottlenecks are inevitable in systems.

Well i have two identical pc's (Exept the ram and hdd) however, on the one with 16gb ram (4X4gb and better hdd) i got 110fps on battlefield 1 but on the pc is listed i only get 50fps will lag spikes....
