I was hoping for £330 or less but could probably stretchto the higher amount. Does the higher clocked RAM make a significant difference? Once the B-550 boards come out is it likely the price of the B-450 boards will drop?

Thanks for the heads up. I know the motherboard I have and that it's definitely not compatible with Ryzen processors (I tend to use Speccy which seems pretty good for checking components). Just trying to work out what you actually lose with cheaper motherboards.
