Turned off the options stated and but my comp won't boot up after, tried a few attempts with different voltages but it never booted up.

I've been looking for guides with my chip and mother board but they all seem use diffrent values to oc, some people using 1.4 to 1.12 cpu volts difference to get the same result. What's a good guide to go by?

in the end I'm getting a r9 380 4G and a new power supply, also will try and oc my cpu 3.5, I might fry my system but at least I tried hah.

I suppose I could try and Oc it, but don't mmo type games cpu dependant wouldn't it be better to have 4 cores, I know I need a better gpu only have a 5850 and I can barley play arc evolved on min settings.
