I would really appreciate some help with this, i have no words, just a screenshot. Someone please tell me what is causing this, hardware and updates are not the problem here in case you were wondering.

and it doesnt matter if the cars ude is this small or 99% it doesnt change
I just got this card "Sapphire Vapor-X AMD Radeon R9 280X OC 3GB" the clock is stuck at 950Mhz and it wont go higher, i tried overclocking in catalyst,msi afterburner and sapphire trixx. Gpu-z says the clock is at 1150 which i set it to but it is still at 950 mhz when i benchmark or play games...
It's internet based, no nothing is overclocked, keyboard and mouse are made by PowerCool, acer 24" LED monitor, 450w power supply, internet speed and wifi don't matter it's not an online game it's single player.
It's a game from 2009 yet it's laggy on my pc even though i run everything on ultra with smooth fps.. Fx-6300 3.5ghz 6 core, 8gb ram, HD 7870 oc edition. If someone knows how to make sims 3 faster please tell me :/
I'll try vga first, if i feel like its potatoe quality i will just use the hdmi cable for the tv :p i am used to bad quality image on the tv because downloaded movies tend to be that way..
Thanks for the answer! i just noticed that the tv also has a blue input at the back.. will i lose any quality by using it? and i have a home cinema system for the tv so will that work fine?
i have a 24" monitor and i use it all the time, but recently i started watching streams etc.. i have a hdmi cable which i use for the monitor at the moment and i have a blue 'vga'? cable that came with the monitor. What are my options? i want to buy a 2nd monitor but the tv (if it works) would...
