Ok so here are my specs:

Amd FX 6300 3.5 ghz processor
8gb Ram
Radeon HD 6670
Gigabyte motherboard am3+ socket
etc etc.

First of all, i am playing on a standard monitor not HD. I just recently bought a Gaming PC and from the start this graphics card seems to be the problem everywhere i checked.

The game i can't run on even high settings where the fps is 22-32(its not even stable the fps drops and rises all the time..) the game is EURO TRUCK SIMULATOR 2 i don't know why but that's the only game where this graphics card decides not to work like it should.. i can run BF3 on ULTRA with 40-50 fps but why not this game? from time to time i wanna take a break from killing and i wanna drive a truck but i can't(yeah it runs ok on low-mid settings but it shouldn't be more demanding than BF3).

So what is it? from my point of view im gonna have to buy another graphics card..which i will soon. If you wanna suggest me a good graphics card please go no further than £160(i only have £300 for a graphics card+monitor).

Thanks for taking the time to read this, hope you can tell me whats wrong.

What resolution are you playing at? A Radeon HD 6670 can play Battlefield 3 on ultra? Really? I never knew that was possible. Anyway... The graphics card is the bottleneck. Upgrade to something in the $250 range... The GTX 760 is awesome. But then again even an HD 7770 would be a pretty good upgrade for you... But really I think you would be quite happy with a GTX 760.

If it is your GPU that is the problem, I would recommend checking on it's temperature. An overheated GPU can be known to cause less-than-normal power, which could explain the low and unstable FPS. Make sure the fan(s) have adequate room for airflow, and that it isn't being used in extreme temps. Also, the 6670 is rather weak, so it wouldn't be able to pull much FPS to start. It actually is a bottleneck. If you buy a new graphics card, I have a few recommendations. If you can spare the extra dollar or two, I would suggest the GTX 760, which is only 3 pounds more expensive than your budget. If you are on a strict budget, go a step down and get the 7870. The 760 can max out almost every game currently on the market with high FPS, where the 7870 would only perform slightly less.

Will the 760 go well with the cpu? or is there no difference at all? just wondering it seems to be a better choice..

On my personal Gaming PC I am running a FX-6350 paired with the GTX 760 and the games run incredibly smooth. The 6350 runs only a slight bit hotter and faster than the 6300 but it isn't noticeable. Only possible concern would be power draw, as the 760 has a max TDP of 170W, so it can can be a real power-sucker. As long as you have a 550W or more PSU, there won't be any problems. A 500W would work but you may face problems while overclocking, but I don't how large your PSU is. To answer your question, the CPU will run great with it.
