Update: I had to disable csm to enable secure boot and tpm 2.0 for windows 11. The pink screen during boot came back but I fixed it by choosing the other bios of the card (via onboard switch)

UPDATE: Its fixed!!! I loaded optimized settings in bios and then enabled csm. After that, it worked even restarted and cold started my pc multiple times. I also tuned my bios to my liking xmp, turbo limits, etc. Even changed integrated graphics, pcie link, pch link to auto and still works...
