When you get money Get a better GPU (7870 is a nice gem) and a better CPU also later on FX-8350 is the top of the range if your motherboard accepts it.....(Check gigabyte's CPU support list and update your BIOS if necessary).
Also make sure you copy the "my documents" folder coz I know some games use that to store their savegames.
I always do a backup for my steam games to a spare hard drive.....(via steam) so I do not have to download them over and over again...
I am even surprised that such a comparison will even be considered!
I have the mobility radeon chip with Dual graphics and I can (Almost) play Skyrim MAXED OUT! (Using AMD A8 QUAD CPU). The mobility radeon laptops are very good and cheap......
Trust me....Friend has an i7 with Nvidia GTX...
Believe it or not i7/Nvidia GTX combination are crap for games. I would go for an AMD/AMD RADEON combo....Not only they are HEAPS Cheaper......
I have a real example of real tests.....(not crappy synthetic benchmarks that almost NEVER apply in a real-life situation).
FACT:
Friend has a Samsung...
