Your motherboard don't support overclocking even if there is an option. My uncle's pc bios also shows overclocking options but it dosen't work cause the motherboard dont support- Tony1103

I personally prefer you to stick to newer gen intel cpus cause as the gen gets higher it consist more new tech stuff sticked to it -

Also I'm contributing my pc to folding@home for this covid pandemic. It's load takes my cpu to near 70c is it safe (cause I'll run this 24/7 ) for my processors lifespan
