Sorry for misunderstanding, it should be CX550 (I fixed it). And I tested the PSU on another rig today, it works fine (it came from a perfectly working machine anyways).

Apologies for fat fingers. It's CX550. I didn't buy it brand new but it came from a perfectly running rig and I also tested it with another rig today. PSU is fine IMO. Just to note the fans and RAM lights are working. It seems to me that the I/O ports at back and mobo lights are not working...

The older GPU was giving same problem. And PSU was running it fine. Also the new GPU fans are running as well. I double checked the connector and if its seated properly in the slot. PSU: its a local Swedish brand. Not fancy but works fine. Any idea how do I test the actual PSU power?
