I've got 2 sticks of corsair vengeance RAM. 16 gigs each, ddr4. I use ICUE to change the RGB effects and today, after about a year of it working totally fine, it just won't show my RAM anymore? RAM is working just fine, but ICUE won't detect it. It's the latest version of ICUE. What do I do?

I have an RTX 3070, 32 GB RAM and a 12th Gen i5 12400F. I'm getting 70-100 FPS in Dying light 2 but it looks like 35-40. I'm playing at high settings with no ray tracing and no vsync and 1080p. This is the only game I've encountered such a problem in. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

It's an ID-Cooling SE-226-XT cooler and I cannot find an app for ID hardware RGB. I've changed my RAM and case lights and this is the only component left for the complete look. It's on a default rainbow setting which I am not fond of.
