Fixed, went to the computer guy he replaced the fan and the thermal paste, temps are much better now.

Specs: I5-2450M HP Pavillion Dv6 laptop 6GB RAM HD7470M iGPU: Intel HD Graphics 3000 When downloading the AMD drivers the screen goes black permanently unless I shut off the laptop and restart. No idea whats causing the issue, need help asap.

Mhm, the laptop while browsing reached the TJ max and overheat protection kicked in so the laptop shutdown, the problem is, my Father frequently works on the laptop and has important information stored on it, so disassembling it, cleaning it and re-applying the thermal paste would be a risky task.
