Unable To Install Drivers after Windows Update

So first of all, I have this Driver Blackscreen issue with my Laptop, so to fix this I always goto safe mode, run DDU and re-install the drivers, even though my Laptop never uses the switchable graphics even after downloading the AMD drivers, just the stupid Intel iGPU.
So what happens when Windows 10 updates itself is that whenever I switch on my Laptop the screen goes black right before the login screen, so I have to go to safemode and so on...
But this time the Windows Update happened, went to safemode and when I came to re-install the drivers both of them(The Intel and AMD) would stop responding mid-installation of the drivers, I've tried this many items but to no avail. And I get this horrendous 1024 x 768 resolution.

I've got a 5 year old HP
i5-2450m
HD7470m
Intel HD 3000 Graphics
Windows 10 64bit
(Also if you can also help me with this Blackscreen issue it would be awesome!)

Solution
it seems there are different models inside the CV6 range as some I find have only Intel gpu and other ones only mention the AMD card.

There is this one which has same CPU and uses Intel HD 3000 but no mention of a AMD card? HP Pavilion dv6-6c43cl

This one has right CPU/GPU HP Pavilion DV6 - 6c49tx so maybe its what you have... no new drivers since 2012 though - https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-dv6-6c00-entertainment-notebook-pc-series/5191856/model/5227770

If this was me, I would reinstall Win 8 as you know laptop has drivers for it. If you upgraded from 7 or 8 to 10, then your licence will still work with the old version.

which model HP is it? Are the drivers win 10 drivers? Current version of win 10 will only install drivers if they are signed by Microsoft to work with Win 10.

So if you play a game, it never swaps to the AMD card then? Graphics and games are usually only time laptop will swap.

HP Pavillion DV6

There are no Windows 10 Drivers for The Intel iGPU so I downloaded the latest one which supports 7,8,8.1.
There are compatible drivers for the AMD one though(I installed both, the catalyst beta 16.2.1 and 15.7.1, none worked.)
I play League of Legends which runs on 60 fps on low at a resolution of 1366x768 and the thing is the GPU has 1GB of GDDR5 VRAM. And I also play KSP and sometimes it crashes and in the crash notes it says the the GPU it's using is the Intel HD 3000.
