Ok.. I can now see that c7 is working when idle using hwinfo64. I assume i'm saving a good deal of power when its idle and it will be running at 1.3v anytime im doing anything, particularly gaming, which is fine with me I suppose. This is a sort of extreme power saving which is fine for idling...
