What is the max fan speed on this card. I set it too 100%, but it only gets up to 4578 RPM. Wattman says it's at 90%ish. So does GPU-Z. I've had it for a month and google search it every once and while, but can't seem to find any info. God forbid hardware come with a lengthy spec manual.

Maybe, not likely but. Put your video card in with your system with the power unplugged. Hold down the power button for a minute. Try it out. This fix has helped me when my display resolution was not matching my pc on boot.
