Yes, we do get logs for when the internet disconnects and it says "internet disconnected" as soon as I get the DNS problems, and it says "Internet Connected" when I re-plug my router. I believe it's a faulty router. It's 6+ years old and it's starting to run very hot.

Did the NSLookup, I had no errors and everything came back almost immediately. You said this might be a cache issue, how do I fix that. I also changed my DNS servers on my IPV4 to the 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 so now that is good.
