Ok so i've tested out of things and still no luck. My new suspicion is that I got a defected stick of RAM. I've tried turning it on without the GPU and that didnt do anything, then I tried moving around the RAM and no luck either. I don't believe it's a PSU issue as all LEDs and fans run fine...

I was using a XFX HD 7750 1GB at the time. On BF4, I had graphics around mid(mostly) to high and FPS was around 40+. I think lowest was 32 FPS at times when there was a lot of things going on. I have an old Seagate 500 GB HDD from 2009. and I may try that out. I just wonder how it can be done safely as that HDD would be in use.

I'm no expert but you should be fine, my XFX 7750 ran at 55 TDP and I only have 250 watts in my original computer. You can use http://pcpartpicker.com/ to get an estimate of how much power you will be using by making a list of parts that you have, or that are similar.
