    Anything above 144fps is just a complete waste... there's no issue that you aren't reaching half a thousand FPS.

    DVI (Digital Visual Interface) is a more common and widespread connector, but keep in mind that not all DVI versions are the same. Only the Dual-Link DVI can do 1920×1080 at 144Hz or 2560×1440 at 75Hz

    Could be bottlenecking on your HDD with specific games. Do you happen to have a SSD?

    GPU temps are completely normal they can run up to 95C, however your peak CPU temperature being 85c is way too high and should be in my opinion at most be 70C under high load. CPUs should be closer to 45-60C while gaming with air cooling. I suggest setting a more aggressive fan speed setting...

    Clear CMOS. You can do so by removing the 'watch battery' on the motherboard if there is one, some motherboards have a little push button.

    Is your graphics card in the PCIE slot closest to your CPU? (the top one, if there are two)
