I currently got an AMD 4130 FX. Without overclocking or anything my CPU temps fluctuate to 13-17C. Often, they hit lows of 7-8C. Is this good? And what do you think is the headroom of overclocking if I get such temperatures?

I would love to get to my BIOS if I could, but I can't see anything. I reset my CMOS and everything else I was told to do but my monitor is indefinitely black, saying "NO SIGNAL" I'm pretty sure I don't have a graphical chip set.
