If I have a 140mbps HDD and a 1400mbps ssd and it takes 60 secs to load something with the HDD does that mean it will take 6 seconds to load it with the ssd?

I right clicked on the HDD but the options are all unclickable "open" "mark partition as active" "change drive letter and paths" "format" "delete partition" "properties" the HDD also says it's a GPT protected partition idk what that means
