Do you think that could be the case even though the Motherboard lights up and the PC turns on? I originaly thought that would be the case, because the loud sound would not be the GPU I think, because it boots up and both fans spin OK, the CPU fan also works perfectly so that would make sense...

I have my PC working for more than 3 months now. I left the house for two days, shutting the PC down normally like I always do.
I came...
So I think the issue is "fixed" now.
We did disable the AMD EXPO, that did not fix it. We also put the RAM Performance mode back to AMD AGESA which also did not fix it. We then turned EXPO back on. It was still doing it and then after like 2 days it just went away by itself.
So no idea what...
My bad I mistyped I meant AMD EXPO, don't think XMP is even possible on AM5 motherboards. I do not think that the RAM would be causing this issue though. I did put together another PC very similar to this one the main changes being (6800 --> 7900 GRE and Ryzen 5 7600 --> X version) and he does...

EDIT: Just checked, still have 441.66 and I didn't see 144Hz in NVIDIA Control Panel...
I have the same monitor and the same problem, also I've been searching for this problem and it seems more people are having it lately. My guess are latest Nvidia drivers. If you have Nvidia GPU by any chance too.
