ok so for the past few weeks the internet gets really slow at night between 3-11pm, so i thought it was just the isp being slow, but when i do a speed test i am getting arround 10Mbps down and 2Mbps up (what im paying for) which confused me because it can take 3+ hours the buffer a 20 mins video...
