After 4 days and several powers off, replacing the CMOS battery worked. Thanks !

I just changed the CMOS battery, I will keep this updated. Set Ram speed to 3200mhz with xmp timings, works fine now also successfully passed stress tests.

I'll try that but I doubt it has something to do with the battery, the mobo is almost 1 year old and this doesn't happen when memory frequency is set as default.
