evga supernova 850 G2 PSU. Bought it I wanna say maybe 8 or 9 years ago.

yup pulling and cleaning up around the CPU didn't fix anything. while I had it out I took a good look at all the capacitors and didn't find anything wrong.

CPU = i7 4790k Mobo = Asus Maximus vii Hero GPU = GTX 980 Ti RAM = 16 GB DDR3

So recently I've tried to power my PC back on the next day only for it to not boot up. I thought it was a bad drive so I downloaded another OS to my other drive and tried to boot from it. It booted ONCE and while it was up I ran a test on my drives and they both were fine. After powering down...
