CPU cooler? Corsair makes some great water coolers, if you wanna go that route.

If it's for gaming then I would say get at least a Ryzen 5, you can get a super cheap ASRock B350 board and keep the GPU and RAM and get a better CPU and you won't be too bad off with 1080p
