Specs for high end 15" Gaming Laptop: $1,331.00 What am I looking at in regards to getting the desktop equivalent to this machine in terms of parts. What would this equivalent cost me? Please list Nvidia and Intel parts as that is what I would go for. Thanks!

Ok, you guys convinced me that Raid 0 is out. So is having to deal with getting 650m sli working with games worth dealing with over the 660m single? Battery doesn't matter and I have a good cooling pad.

Ok so we can forget about the file transfers from the external. The Raid 0 will still help a lot on load times for games, boot up, and general programs. Is messing around with sli compatibility worth it over the ease of Raid 0?

One thing to note is I've seen mixed reviews for all 3 games on the stability of sli support.

From what I have understood is that X40m and lower is more for multimedia quality and X50m and higher is for gaming quality.

I've found good ways to keep my laptops at a good temp so I am focusing more on gaming quality in terms of how long they will last instead of when they will start to actually fail.
