Apparently I can't move the reserved partition around. I mean...is it safe to delete? Can I just get it out of my way and put it back later or something if I make a backup of it? Macrium's Rescue software should let me move the C:\ partition to a better spot and put the reserved partition behind...

Little bit more info now. I'm now using EaseUS Partition Master to take a look at things. Apparently there's a 16 MB partition right after my C:\ partition that's blocking me from expanding it. Says it's reserved, obviously not going to delete it then. I need to find a way to move it, I guess...
