So i did change the PSU to the corsair 750w platinum and have not had any issues since. I would have thought the Cooler Master 650W would have been enough, but evidently not. Added bonus of easier cable management due to the sleeved cables the corsair came with (y)
Hi again, i am thinking it is the PSU but can someone recommend one to me please? I thought the Cooler Master 650 W 80 Plus Gold was fine?
What should i get instead? Apparently the 3060 Ti ( and maybe others from the 3000 series, too? ) can have power spikes so maybe that is tripping my 650W PSU?
I did a bit of research and found out that i can prevent Photoshop from crashing by turning "Use of Graphic Processor" off, so its got something to do with the GPU / PSU?
I installed the newest NVIDIA drivers which did not fix it.
Usually it crashes when i open more intense files, so maybe...
PSU and all other components were bought in July 2021, so still pretty new.
Current BIOS version is F13
Version 21H2 of Windows 10 Pro, downloaded from Microsoft directly if that was your question?

Hi guys,
i am experiencing some random restarts with my PC and am not quite sure what might be causing it...?
Specs:
Ryzen 5800X
ASUS TUF 3060 ti
32GB RAM
COOLER MASTER V 650W 80 PLUS GOLD
GIGABYTE B550 I AORUS PRO AX AM4
It tends to happen in games occasionally and in Lightroom / Photoshop...
Hi all,
i did end up ordering a NR200 and had some fun building a new PC from scratch again.
Parts:
CPU: Ryzen 5800x
Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 I Aorus PRO AX
Corsair Vengeance 32GB (2x16GB) 3600Mhz Ram
Cooler Master 650W 80 Plus Gold SFX PSU
2 Samsung SSDs ( 1x 1TB, 1x 4TB)
Noctua NH-U12A...
ok, i think i found the issue.
If i change the refresh rate to anything less than 144 Hertz, everything looks fine.
Only on 144 Hz it look blurry. I don't remember if i had it on 120 Hz or 144 Hz before i did a fresh install of Windows, but it might be the cable then, or the monitor not...
i did download the latest NVIDIA drivers, so i don't think its a driver issue. Maybe colour depth, my monitor is showing as 8-bit at the moment. i'll see if i can increase that...
interestingly, clicking on properties for Display 1 it says its on 32 bit
Its a Xiomi Mi 34 Ultrawide monitor. As i said, the monitor is the same, so maybe i lost some colour calibration file i may have had with the previous install of Windows...?
Hi all,
just did a clean install of windows 10 with mostly new components and the screens looks a bit fuzzy or blurry. Its hard to describe, so here is a screenshot.
Take a look at the edges of the facebook, youtube, instagram and Gmail icons.
I hope it comes across, but to me it looks...
I would upgrade to a 3060 or 3070, but am not willing to pay the inflated priced at the moment, so will hold out until priced come down and stick to my 1060 for now :)
And yes, am getting 3600 mhz ram.
Still undecided on what to do with storage. I have a ton of images and videos on the HDD...
Apparently it does! Plenty of people who are running them in an NR200 case with mesh side panel. Here is a video >>

Thanks for all your help. I have been doing a ton of research and have tweaked my parts list slightly.
I know that the 5800x is a hot CPU and the NR200 isn't the best case for cooling due to its form factor,
but i am not planning on overclocking and with the mesh side panel and the Noctua...
