Hello, I'm looking for an ATX motherboard which will provide me great OC capabilities with an i5 6600K. These motherboards fit into my price budget and I have access to them: GIGABYTE GA-Z170-D3H MSI Z170A PCMATE ASROCK Z170 Pro4 I'd like to reach atleast 4.6-4.7 if my chip actually lets me.

It should easily run around 70-75, contact MSI first.

are you playing it on DX11 or Mantle? DX11 is much more stable for me (R9 280) I could send you my .cfg file which will optimize the game a bit and such.

Can I achieve 4.5-4.7 GHz stable on this motherboard? I wanted to go for Z170 PRO GAMING, but it's kinda too pricey here in Croatia.

bump up the fan speeds, I guess, my Sapphire R9 280 gets up to 74 max. while heavy gaming and its quite hot here right now.

Yes, it's a good mobo for an unlocked processor. Get a H97 mobo that has all the features you need. I prefer Asus, but MSI/ASROCK/GIGABYTE are equally as good.

I have a Raider S 550W (it's an improved version more similar to the Aurum S series) but I would recommend going for something of better quality like an XFX XXX 650W (I'm getting that one for the R9 390 soon)

58C is completly safe and normal for that card, no worries.

R9 270/x seems like a perfect choice for that resolution. Check out i3-4130 by intel or AMD FX6300. You can find 8GB or RAM for 50-60$. I think it should fit all nicely into your budget, you don't need expensive motherboards, under 60$ you'll manage to find some.

i5 Haswell, Like I have was bought just for that reason, I can easily upgrade my GPU in a few years and it will still be a solid processor.

It'll work fine, if you want to use the OC capability, you have to get a Z97 board.

Hm, 750Ti is better, but did you consider AMD? R9 270 is at the same price point and it performs better!
