    The events tab for the network adapter has way too many "Device Install Requested" than it should. It reads something like 8:40: 25 Device Install Requested 8:40:29 Device Install Requested and then stuff like Device configured Device Started Device Deleted Device Install Requested Kinda weird...

    Right so I've come in contact with them and they've told me to just associate my current windows 10 license with my microsoft account and then reinstall windows 10 and sign in using my email.
