Yes i did connect to video but still its not working the moniter is showing no signal

I have never used a gpu before this is my first one. And now i have updated to lates bios which is 120 for my mobo. After the update it is showing no signal found when i connected to my graphic card and the display is black when connected to on board vga cable

I bought new graphics card and power supply and after installing graphic card and connecting all the pin i tried to boot but the system is not booting I have Intel 61ww motherboard I3 2120 processor 8 gb ram Corsair vs 550w psu Msi amd rx 470 x4 4gb graphic card I can not see any booting...

Ok what how effective it will be because i am using Photoshop , blender, and unreal engine. I dont have money to afford a workstation. And if i want to upgrade i can buy i3 6100 is it fine for my above works and some games in 1080p?

I have intel 61ww motherboard with intel i3 2120 and 8gb ram does the performance will be bottlenecked? I have already purchased everything so i need to know how will be the performance?
