I dont mind it downclocking either. But it does not rev back up. In games or while watching netflix. It will drop a whole lotta frames becasue it is stuck at 0.39mhz as reported by CPUID and windows task manager. cant play any games until I restart the PC again and then its back to 3.5mhz again.
