It is a fresh win 7 install. I formated the HDD, and then dropped a fresh Win7 Install on it.

Well it does come with a GTX 840M and an Intel HD Gaphics 4600, and as most laptops it tries to use the HD gaphics when there is no heavy GPU load required and switch to the nvidia chip when it needs performance. :\
