ok so i got into my windows without green screening, i plug the gpu into the second pci slot. should i try to reinstall GPU drivers now?

The motherboard does have a place where for a hdmi, but i dont think cpu has IGPU, how do i boot into safe mode?

I have not tried the first option have tried second. How do i install the GPU driver via website if it keeps blacking out?
